No two piece bathing suits, short shorts, slit shorts, Speedos, see-through tops, spaghetti straps, bare midriffs, pants worn that show undergarments. Be sure to label your clothing to keep your things from getting lost. We suggest a plastic bag for soiled clothes.

Personal Toiletries- soap, shampoo, toothbrush, toothpaste, deodorant, towel, etc.
Bedding- pillow, sleeping bag or sheets and a blanket.
A jacket in case it’s rainy or cold.
Your Bible, a notebook, and an attitude of prayer and a heart that is ready to connect to God.
A flashlight, insect repellent, and sunscreen.
If you bring medication, it MUST be in its original container. You will need to meet with the First Aid Personnel upon arrival.
