  • This is a general packing list. Our Experiential Camps going off-site will receive a specific packing list.

    KEEP LUGGAGE TO A MAXIMUM OF TWO BAGS!  Please remember to check lost and found before you leave.  WLCC is not responsible for lost or stolen items!

    -Clothes for each day – Please use discretion in selecting clothes that advertise certain products.  Decent and modest clothing is required at all times.

    -Dirty Laundry Bag

    -Modest One Piece Bathing Suit

    Sweatshirt/Jacket in case it’s rainy or cold

    -Two pairs of shoes –  One pair, NOT flip-flops for outdoor activities. FOOTWEAR MUST BE WORN AT -ALL TIMES, THIS INCLUDES FLIP FLOPS OR SANDELS AROUND THE POOL & IN THE SHOWERS

    -Sleeping Bag or Twin Sheets & Blanket

    -Pillow

    -Personal Toiletries- soap, shampoo, toothbrush, toothpaste, deodorant, towel, etc.

    -Shower Towel & Swim Towel

    -Medication – MUST be in original containers and you will need to meet with the -First Aid Personnel during Check-in

    -Bible, notebook,  Pen/Pencil and an attitude of prayer and a heart that is ready to connect to God.

    -Flashlight, insect repellent, and sunscreen.

    -Water bottle with your name on it.  We will provide the cold water, but you need your own water bottle.

    -Money for Missions

    -Camera (optional)

  • You are responsible for bringing your own towels, soap, toothbrush, toothpaste, shampoo, deodorant, etc. You will want to bring either a sleeping bag or sheets and a blanket. Don’t forget your pillow!

  • Bad Attitudes, all personal electronics, CD/MP3 players, cell phones, skateboards, trading cards, video games, alcohol, tobacco products, weapons, fireworks, prank items, inappropriate clothing, two piece bathing suits, short shorts, slit shorts, see through tops, spaghetti straps, and pants that show undergarments. Anything else that will distract you from focusing on God and all He has to bring you during your stay at camp.

  • Due to the small number of campers with food allergies compared to the entire number of campers, some food allergies are difficult to accommodate. Our kitchen staff are willing to help out, but aren’t able to accommodate all allergies. Please contact the kitchen staff in advance to get a menu so you can plan supplemental meals according to your child’s dietary restrictions.

  • Campers are not bring phones to camp because they are a distraction to themselves and others, disrupt community, cause safety concerns, and hinder spiritual growth.

  • Campers love mail! Keep in mind that we have multiple programs running simultaneously so please clearly label with the camp program and camper’s name.

    Please remember that your child will not have access to a cell phone to call or text.

  • We offer a private photo gallery, using the secure Bunk1 platform. Download the app to view photos. This will be the only way to view photos of your camper and get a snapshot of what life is like at camp. There is no need to make a purchase in order to view photos. If you choose to purchase a bundle you will be able to use facial recognition and download photos. Photos will only be available after the end of the camp program. We are not using Bunk Notes and Bunk Replies this year.

  • Photos will be available a few days after the camp program has ended.

  • Visitors are strongly discouraged as they tend to be a distraction from the program for your camper and others. If you MUST come, please contact the office first.

  • Grade levels are based on the grade your child will enter in the fall.

  • Dinner is not served the evening of Check-in. Please have your camper eat before they come. A snack will be served later in the evening.

  • Campers agree to abide by the rules for dress code and items they bring to camp.

    Campers agree to abide by the camp schedule or they will be dismissed.

    Unacceptable behavior will not be tolerated. Campers are expected to treat others in a Christian manner and respect the authority of WLCC staff, deans, and faculty. A failure to do so will result in dismissal.

    Campers who destroy camp property, buildings, equipment, grounds, etc. will be responsible for the cost of repair or replacement.

    Campers caught stealing or pilfering through others belongings will be sent home.

    WLCC has a zero tolerance policy for anyone possessing weapons, alcohol, tobacco, or who ingest or inhale any substance intended to induce a high. These actions will result in immediate dismissal.
