Our Facilities
Woodland Lakes is a 425 bed facility capable of accommodating any size retreat. Pioneer Lodge and Buckeye Cabin offer more modern facilities capable of lodging 128 & 64 respectively. Our Cedar Village Cabins sleep 24 each and offer primitive accommodations with a shared bathhouse. Woodland Lakes offers plenty of indoor and outdoor spaces for your group. With 2 large gymnasiums, team building and recreation activities, there is freedom to customize your retreat experience. We are fortunate to have a large kitchen facility with a professional staff who provide buffet style meals for our retreat guests. And whether your retreat need is 25 or 250, we can meet and exceed your expectations. We work hard to make our campus setting among the finest in the tri-state area. From wooded trails and tranquil lakes, and rustic cabins and shelters, to our multi-purpose Pioneer Lodge and Conference Center, Woodland Lakes can accommodate most any need your group may have.
Pioneer Lodge
Pioneer Lodge holds up to 128 guests, with 2 sides with a small common space in between. Each side has its own bathroom with 5 showers, 5 sinks, and 5 toilets. There are three meeting rooms upstairs that provide space for worship and small group times. The gym can accommodate a variety of events, and is consistently used for basketball, volleyball, and meals for retreats for up to 250 guests. It also offers an indoor climbing wall.
Buckeye Cabin
Buckeye Cabin holds up to 64 guests with 4 bays housing 8 bunks beds each. There is a common area in the center for worship and group time. Each sleeping bay shares a restroom with one other bay, each with 5 showers. There is a common area in the center for worship and group time, along with a kitchenette (no oven).
Cedar Village Cabins
The 7 Cedar Village Cabins includes use of a shared bathhouse. Each cabin sleeps 24 in bunk beds and is air conditioned for seasonal use. (April to October)
Lakefront Chapel
This multi-purpose building holds 500 people in worship setup or 250 at tables and chairs. The main area also serves as a large space for indoor recreation including basketball. The upstairs mezzanine offers ping pong, air hockey, foosball, and pop-a-shot, along with a conference room.
Dean’s & Nurse’s Cabins
The Dean’s Cabin includes 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, and a small living area with a full kitchen. The Nurse’s Cabin includes 1 master suite with private bathroom, 2 bedrooms with 2 bunk beds each, a shared bathroom, and a small living area with a full kitchen.

Turtle Lake Chapel
This smaller chapel which holds 150 people in worship setup offers a fixed stage with a rustic wood back drop.
Gazebos & Shelters
A variety of gazebos and shelters offer plenty of outdoor spaces for large and small group gatherings around the grounds.
Campfires
Our numerous campfire locations include our Octo-swing, Lake Campfire, Woods Campfire among others to accommodate a group of just about any size.
